Master Service Agreement
Between: Charvak IT Consulting Pvt Ltd (Service Provider) and Client (Client)
Effective Date: September 12, 2026
1. Scope of Services
Charvak IT Consulting agrees to provide IT Consulting Services as outlined in this agreement.
2. Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties agree to protect all confidential information shared during the engagement. This includes candidate profiles, client requirements, pricing, and business processes. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement for 3 years.
3. Payment Terms
Payment due upon service delivery. All payments are processed securely via Dokets VouchAI Escrow.
4. Non-Solicitation
Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire Charvak's introduced candidates outside the platform for 12 months from introduction date.
5. Data Protection
Charvak complies with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian IT Act. All personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Charvak's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. Charvak is not liable for candidate performance post-placement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Pending payments for services rendered remain due.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction.
