Dokets VouchAI is an AI-powered escrow platform that facilitates secure transactions between buyers and sellers with a 1% transaction fee, supporting 34 languages and 13 currencies with WhatsApp integration.

4. Escrow Services (Dokets VouchAI)

4.1 Transaction Fee: A 1% fee is charged on all escrow transactions processed through Dokets VouchAI.

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay.

4.3 Fund Holding: Funds are held in a secure escrow account until transaction conditions are met.

4.4 Dispute Resolution: AI-powered dispute resolution system handles conflicts. If unresolved, manual review is conducted within 7 business days.

4.5 Release of Funds: Funds are released to the seller upon buyer confirmation or successful completion of transaction terms.
